It seemed so easy
Answer questions, buy into some “special offers”
Now credit card charges are piling up
I just wanted to keep my freedom
To finish high school
I was raped
I didn’t realize my decision to have an abortion then
Would stop me from ever having kids
I just wanted money for college
To gain discipline
We were at peace
Two weeks a year didn’t seem like that much
Now I’m fighting a war
